产品介绍

REASH是一种试卤灵衍生物,经修饰可包含两个彼此相距一定距离的砷原子。双砷标记技术通过砷与硫醇的高亲和力相互作用起作用。当REASH结合四半胱氨酸序列时,其双砷基团与Cys-Cys部分快速反应,标签变成红色的高度荧光。双砷标记试剂REASH是用于标记蛋白质的小表达标签之一,该蛋白质包含具有Cys-Cys-X1-X2-Cys-Cys氨基酸序列的六氨基酸基序。常用的四半胱氨酸是六个氨基酸的Cys-Cys-Pro-Gly-Cys-Cys序列。由于该序列很少出现在内源蛋白中,因此将该序列整合到靶蛋白中会生成一个小的但高度特异性的蛋白标记靶。当与含有四半胱氨酸基序Cys-Cys-Pro-Gly-Cys-Cys的重组蛋白结合时,REASH会产生强烈的红色荧光信号。它可以用于监测蛋白质的定位,周转和运输,受体信号传导和内在化。
