荧光素二辛酸盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于开发荧光生物共轭物的荧光染料。荧光素二辛酸酯是一种非荧光疏水性荧光素衍生物，它可以通过细胞膜，因此细胞内酯酶水解产生高荧光产物荧光素的二辛酸酯基团。荧光素分子在具有完整膜的细胞中积累，因此绿色荧光可用作细胞活力的标记。不具有完整细胞膜或活性代谢的细胞可能不会积聚荧光产物，因此不会表现出绿色荧光。荧光素二辛酸酯可以与PI染色组合使用，因为非活细胞摄取PI并将死细胞染成红色，而活细胞不摄取PI并且应该仅染色绿色。荧光素二辛酸可以染色沙门氏菌的绿色荧光。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供优质的荧光素二辛酸盐。
