产品介绍

染料修饰的脱氧腺苷5'-三磷酸酯广泛用于各种非放射性DNA标记反应，包括切口平移，随机引物标记，cDNA标记和3'-末端标记。 Cy5-dATP可用于通过常规酶促掺入方法（例如逆转录，缺口翻译，随机引物标记或PCR）产生含Cy5的DNA。这种酶促荧光标记方法广泛用于FISH探针和基于微阵列的实验。此Cy5-dATP缀合物可与SpectrumFRed 滤波片组一起用作红色荧光色（SpectrumFRed 是Vysis的商标）。它在功能上等同于Cy5-dATP（珀金·埃尔默（Perkin Elmer）的NEL593001EA），稳定性大大提高。
