AAT Bioquest生产的ATTO 532酸具有强吸收性和好的荧光量子产率 (0.90),光稳定性和水溶性好,有足够的斯托克斯位移 (Ex/Em = 531/552)。 ATTO 532 适合单分子检测和高分辨率显微镜技术,例如 SIM 和 STED。它也适用于流式细胞术 (FACS)、荧光原位杂交 (FISH) 和各种其他生物测定。

ATTO 532 酸是一种非反应性化合物,可在ATTO 532 缀合物的研究中用作参考标准。适合用于共焦显微镜、免疫细胞化学 (ICC)、高通量筛选 (HCS)、流式细胞术和活细胞成像应用中的对照。用于合成活化酯和STP,使用碳二亚胺(例如EDAC)在水溶液中与肼、羟胺或胺偶联。与含氨基的分子缀合,例如蛋白质、抗体、胺修饰的寡核苷酸和肽。
