标准溶液制备：

BSA标准溶液：

将20 µL的1 mg / mL BSA标准溶液（组分C）添加到480 µL的PBS（未提供）中，以生成40 µg / mL的BSA标准溶液（BS1）。然后在PBS中执行1：2连续稀释，以得到连续稀释的BSA标准BS2-BS7。注意：有必要为每个测定创建标准曲线。
