产品介绍

放线菌素是从链霉菌属的土壤中分离的多肽。它与DNA双链体结合，从而干扰参与复制和转录的酶的作用。放线菌素D是已用于多年的旧化疗之一。放线菌素D也用作抗性的选择性，通常浓度为约1μg/ ml。该产品以粉末形式提供，应制成DMSO中1mg / ml的储备溶液。
