AAT Bioquest生产的5(6)-羧基四甲基罗丹明尸胺是产生荧光性生物偶联物的基础,也是转谷氨酰胺酶的荧光底物。TAMRA是使用的多种生物共轭物中受欢迎的偶联物之一。TMR是一种很亮的橙色荧光基团。5(6)-TAMRA是由两个具有不同羧基的TMR单体形成的混合物。
