10 mM dNTP Mix 是四种核苷酸(dATP、dCTP、dGTP、dTTP)在纯化水中的混合物。 每个核苷酸的浓度为 10 mM。10 mM dNTP 混合物适用于聚合酶链反应 (PCR)、测序、填充反应、切口平移、cDNA 合成和 TdT反应。 该配方在 –20 °C 下可稳定保存 12 个月。 它不含 qPCR、PCR、逆转录抑制剂,不含 DNases 和 RNases。 可用于qPCR、RT-qPCR、PCR、RT-PCR、cDNA合成、高保真和长距离PCR、等温扩增、DNA标记、克隆、Sanger和下一代测序(NGS)测序。
