ReadiUse™10KD旋转柱是用于浓缩生物样品（如抗体）的一次性超滤设备。大初始样品量为〜500 ul。它们既可以用在摆动式转子，也可以用在固定式转子中，接受2.0 g约10000 g的离心管。止动体积为〜20-25 µl。垂直的膜设计和细通道过滤室可大程度地减少膜污染，并提供高速浓缩甚至满载的溶液。它经过专门设计，具有低内表面和膜面积，可从稀溶液中获得优异的回收率。

操作步骤

浓缩

将蛋白质样品加到过滤器中，以8,000〜10,000 g离心。
注意：从500 µL浓缩到〜50 µL大约需要10到15分钟。

脱盐

脱盐，缓冲液交换或渗滤是去除含生物分子溶液中盐或溶剂的重要方法。可以通过以下方法在ReadiUse™10KD离心柱中去除盐或交换缓冲液：浓缩样品，然后用任何所需的溶剂将浓缩液重新配制为原始样品体积。可以重复“洗出”的过程，直到污染微溶质的浓度充分降低为止。

生物样品脱蛋白

将细胞裂解物或组织匀浆加入滤膜，以10,000 g离心10到15min，收集洗脱液。
