LysoBrite Green DND-26 在化学上与 LysoTracker® Green DND-26 相同,用于标记和追踪活细胞中的酸性细胞器(LysoTracker® 是 ThermoFisher 的商标)。对酸性细胞器具有良好的选择性。 LysoBrite 探针由与弱碱基连接的荧光团组成,弱碱基在中性 pH 条件下仅部分质子化,使其能够自由渗透细胞膜以标记活细胞。
