荧光素是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料，D-荧光素半乳糖苷含有β-半乳糖苷的一部分，与D-荧光素6号位的氧原子相连；因此可以阻止萤火虫荧光素酶对D-荧光素半乳糖苷的识别。然而，在β-半乳糖苷酶的作用下，半乳糖苷部分被有效地移去；使得荧光素酶能很好的识别D-荧光素。在同源性分析或者具有荧光素酶及其辅因子的细胞裂解物中，用化学荧光测定半乳糖苷酶活性时D-荧光素半乳糖苷是具有高灵敏度的底物。当作为二元底物时，β-半乳糖苷酶(LacZ基因)和荧光素酶的水平都可以被高灵敏地检出。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供优质的荧光素。
