产品介绍

Power Styramide 信号放大 (PSA™) 系统是灵敏的方法之一,可以检测细胞和组织中极低丰度的目标,其荧光信号比使用的酪胺 (TSA) 试剂高 10-50 倍。iFluor 染料标记的 Styramide 缀合物可以产生比标准 ICC/ IF/IHC 和灵敏度(超过 100 倍)的荧光信号。 PSA 利用辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP) 的催化活性原位共价沉积荧光团。 PSA 自由基比酪胺自由基具有更高的反应性,这使得 PSA 系统比传统 TSA 试剂更快、更稳定、更灵敏。与酪胺试剂相比,Styramide 缀合物能够以更高的效率标记目标,从而产生明显更高的荧光信号。与标准直接之二号位方法或具有相同灵敏度水平的酪胺扩增相比,Styramide 缀合物还可以明显减少一抗的消耗。Cy7 Styramide经过优化,是 Cy7 酪胺 (Cy7 TSA) 或 Alexa Fluor® 750 酪胺或其他光谱相似的荧光酪胺缀合物或 TSA 试剂的替代品。
