Alpha Fluor 532酸与AlexaFluor®532酸的分子相同(AlexaFluor®是ThermoFisher的商标)。 它是一种明亮的黄色荧光染料,适合与倍频Nd:YAG激光线一起使用。 Alpha Fluor 532染料是水溶性的,pH值从pH 4到pH 10不敏感。Alpha Fluor 532是将这种染料与肽结合的经济的胺反应形式。
