AAT Bioquest生产的iFluor iFluor 790 酸用红外荧光标记蛋白质和其他生物分子。使用 iFluor® 790 制备的结合物具有与吲哚菁绿 (ICG) 和 IRDye® 800 染料相似的激发和发射光谱,激发/发射最大值为 783/814 nm。 iFluor® 790 染料发射与远红荧光团(例如 Cy5、Cy7 或别藻蓝蛋白 (APC))很好地分离,有利于多色分析。该荧光团还可用于小动物体内成像应用或需要 NIR 检测的其他成像应用,例如使用 LI-COR® Odyssey® 红外成像系统的双色 Western 应用。
